The Black Wall Street Experience & Small Business Expo - Vendor Application

The vendor listed below agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Vendor shall sell only products listed on this application and approved by Tampa-Hillsborough Action Plan, Inc. (THAPgroup, Inc.) and its affiliate partners on Saturday, October 9, 2021. This Agreement does not imply nor does it guarantee any vendor exclusive rights as to the selling of the products listed on this Agreement.

Retail/Service Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first paid basis. Vendor space is only reserved when a completed application and full payment of $55 (non-refundable) is received. The vendor deadline is Friday, October 1, 2021 at 5PM.

Food Trucks/Trailers Vendor fee is $200 (non-Refundable). The vendor deadline is Friday, October 1, 2021.

For electrical outlets, an additional fee of $10 must be paid, and the space is allocated by THAPgroup, Inc.

Be sure to view/download vendor terms of agreement AND submit your application prior to making payment.
